Always very polite and professional! Never a long wait even as a walk in.
Scheduled lab work appointment 3 weeks in advance just to have them cancel it the day before my appointment because I’m in the system as a patient but it isn’t my primary care physician. They should tell you somehow or look at the patient log in advance. I’m so aggravated because I wasted 3 weeks.
Walk-in today 07:02, walked out 07:09. Very friendly Staff, LOVED the Halloween decorations! Dawn was awesome, first little prick already did it, even though my veins are a bit tricky to find but she had no problems. Great experience, thank you!
