Very professional staff. Always friendly and caring.
Receptionist is very sweet, friendly, efficient. I called to let them know I would not be 20 minutes early but would be there for appt at 11:40. I arrived and paid co-pay, updated iPad since a week ago… no changes… and then found out they are running an hour behind. Wondering if I would have been 1 hour late if it would have been a problem for them. I do not think this is professional!!!
I called up a week before my ultrasound and was told that yes my insurance will cover it. So the day arrives for the ultrasound and I ask Abby at the front desk before I go in, is this covered and she said yes it is. She then says we have two additional orders for x rays on your knee and lower back that need to be done from a while ago. Do you want to do that? I said sure but what is the cost? She said those will also be covered. Never mentioning a co pay or anything. Well guess what this week my bill arrives and it is almos... read more

It is outrageous that the elevators have been inoperable for almost two months. Having to walk up two flights of stairs is absurd. It’s very inconvenient to have to navigate the stairs or go to another facility.
