Took them forever to do the lab work my doctor ordered. Appointment was at 12:30 pm and it is currently 13:16pm and I am still waiting and people that had their appointment scheduled after mine went before me, unacceptable!!!
Can't call the lab to make an appointment and can't do it online. They say they will call back but they don't. Impossible situation
The receptionist front desk Lab named Julie had me waiting three and half hour for my Lab work I am a diabetic fasting since yesterday on empty stomach… I became shaky. I explained to her of my condition . The sign clearly stated even walking are taken till 9:30am. She stated she couldn’t find my appointment. Many patients did go in front of me as soon as they walked in! I am a retired R.N. I ‘m disgusted by her unfriendly manner… no smile!
