Had xrays on May 12th, May 20th and still need read. No one seems to care either. Lets just hope they arent abnormal results!
RUDE EMPLOYEES AT THIS LOCATION: So disappointed in my experience at this location. It was the first time I had an ultrasound done so I had no idea what to expect or what to do. I really value customer service as I have been in it for 11 years. The lady at the check in desk did not smile at me at all or welcome me in and made me wait while she was typing an email, which was dismissive, but I moved on about my day. My technician (maybe bethany? idk) was not welcoming, talked as if she read from a script, and then was SO rude ... read more
