Absolutely unacceptable experience. I had a concern about my lab results and tried to speak with someone before my next appointment, which was two months away. Despite multiple attempts, no one returned my calls. It was nearly three months before someone finally got back to me—by that time, I had already canceled my appointment out of frustration and went to a different doctor. Called because I was sick and my doctor retired that day. Said they would call back that night or 1st thing in the morning. After no call in 24 hours, I called again. This time I was told they REALLY meant 24 to 48 hours. I waited for another 36 hours before writing this review! No thanks. I'll keep looking for a new doctor!
