Schedules appointments on wrong days, doesn't refill medication even after called to refill (ignored pharmacy requests) then made excuses that I had missed appointments or changed them.... not to mention an automated answering service that hangs up on you so you can't leave a message. Im the paying client, youre providing the service. Im allowed to change appointments when I have scheduling conflicts.
I have been a patient for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. The whole staff is friendly, and I can't speak highly enough about Jennifer Canfield NP. She's been my go-to for my whole family's primary care since 2013 when we moved back to Naples. I will always recommend her specifically but also the staff as a whole. Thank you all for caring for my family! You guys are the best! ❤️
