One of the top Healthcare service spots in SW Florida. A big shout out to examination RN Steffani, Cindy and Sara at front reception desk, and Vanessa who did intial ekg, blood pressure, etc. And Vanessa on the main floor lobby lab who took my blood and already got back results same day, all of these Healthcare professionals deserving of an exceptional review. Schedules appointments on wrong days, doesn't refill medication even after called to refill (ignored pharmacy requests) then made excuses that I had missed appointments or changed them.... not to mention an automated answering service that hangs up on you so you can't leave a message. Im the paying client, youre providing the service. Im allowed to change appointments when I have scheduling conflicts.
I have been a patient for over a decade and have never had a bad experience. The whole staff is friendly, and I can't speak highly enough about Jennifer Canfield NP. She's been my go-to for my whole family's primary care since 2013 when we moved back to Naples. I will always recommend her specifically but also the staff as a whole. Thank you all for caring for my family! You guys are the best! ❤️
