I am a new patient to this office since I’m new to this area, however I’ve had the same insurance for several years. I went in for my annual physical, and routine bloodwork. To my surprise, I receive a bill in the mail for both bloodwork and physical My insurance company confirmed I should not be billed, and they also confirmed this was not billed correctly, which is why I was getting a bill. Joining in with the other many one-star reviews. While the doctor was fine - the office and billing has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone and when they do, they just transfer you back to the main line. Absolutely no one wants to help patients. After I went for bloodwork, my doctor wanted to talk about the results. Because this was from my annual physical, it's supposed to be covered under my insurance.
