This is a Great out of the way little lab l, that is easy to get in and out of quickly!! Ive never had to wait nor needed an appointment! I have a crazy schedule running a small business of my own and it’s always hard to schedule appointments. Ive always been able to walk in within their hours of operation (9a-3p) to get my lab work completed !! I was scheduled and confirmed to have my blood test on Tuesday, July 30, at 9am. At 9:30 am, the receptionist told us they were cancelling due to issues and that I would have to reschedule. I made a new appointment for Wednesday, July 31, at 7:50 am. At 7:25 am, I received a call saying they were cancelling, once again. Needless to say, I was in route and not happy. Cancelling 25 minutes before an appointment is not acceptable. I asked to be called by a manager. She left a voicemail apologizing. Two last minute cancellations... read more
