They are AWESOME!! From the beginning with the front desk girls, to the end with the discharge! Everybody is very kind and professional. I was nervous and they made me feel very comfortable! Thank you so much to all the staff, Karen, Julia, Dr. Carballo, I wish I can remember all the names, thanks to the anesthesiologist, the nurses, the girl in the front desk. It was a great experience!!! Thanks again!
I was super nervous to go and get my procedure done, but they made the experience fantastic! From the front desk receptionist to the MA all the way down to the Dr. I had a great team! Thank you all so much! They truly care about their patients!
Amazing experience! I was very nervous and every staff member was attentive and comforting. Probably the best medical experience I have ever had. Extremely efficient and before you know it, you are done and on your way to better health! They make the unpleasant very pleasant and save lives in the process! Thanks to all the staff!!
After reading some of the reviews, I was a little apprehensive about this group. But since I was already a patient of Millennium it was easier to get in. However, after going through the procedure with Dr. Carballo, I have to say him and his team are the best. He has a very calming nature and answers all of your questions. I am fortunate that Dr. Carballo found a rare polyp in my appendix and is sending me to a specialist. if i could leave 0 stars i would! Certainly! Here's a more concise version: The billing department has been a nightmare. Before my endoscopy, I contacted them multiple times to get the highest estimated cost billed to my insurance. I was told 24 hours before the procedure that insurance would be billed around $500. I agreed to proceed, expecting to pay a maximum of $200 after what insurance would have covered. However, my insurance was billed over $900, not the $500 promised.
