If you want to be seen “on time” make sure you arrive atleast an hour late to your appointment. They need to schedule less appointments if they’re gonna be running an hour late already at 8am.
I went today for a spider bite that I’ve had for three weeks. I’ve been there before at both the Englewood clinic and the Venice clinic. All good until the receptionist asks if I’m HMO. Showed her my card. She says no we can’t see you. I responded that it didn’t make sense as I’ve been there before. She said that obviously someone wasn’t doing their job. Bad experience not going back
Edit to add my following appointment and now so far it’s been a week with no prescription sent following my appointment. This is ridiculous I love my doctor but no one knows how to communicate. I’ve been trying to get my prescription filled for over 2 weeks now. I have called countless times and messaged in the portal daily for 2 weeks. Thank god this isn’t a lifesaving medication or I’d be dead. Can’t imagine how they treat the elderly who need life saving medication.
