I had to physically come into the office JUST to receive BASIC support from my primary physician — something that should have been handled over the phone. Being told the phone system was recently changed is NOT an acceptable excuse for a complete breakdown in patient communication. Patients should never have to resort to showing up in person simply to be heard. I expect significant improvements in patient care and accessibility, or I will be escalating this matter to the appropriate oversight body.

Worse experience ever.. Extremely rude and impossible to do their job. Asking them something thats part of the job was treated with such disgust and hostility. I Recently got a promotion at my job and i needed a DOT Physical and i gotten the physical already and was told from yhe DOT doctor that i needed to have my physician sign off that i can drive on the prescriptions that millennium prescribed me.
