I recently moved to the area a few months ago and needed to find a new primary care physician. I came across Dr. D, and I am so glad I did. He is amazing—compassionate, caring, and attentive. He took the time to get to know my medical history, asked thoughtful questions, and I never once felt rushed or judged. It’s rare to find a doctor who truly listens, and I feel very fortunate to have him as my physician. I’m extremely happy with the care I’ve received and highly recommend him.
My wife and I both made appointments at this office, and had a very positive experience with the Nurse Practitioner, Tiffany — she was professional, attentive, and made us feel genuinely cared for. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the administrative side of this practice. Before our appointments, my wife double-checked with the front desk staff (and Tiffany) regarding insurance coverage and how the visit would be coded. I believe that Pablo Banderos is a really good human being. He’s very knowledgeable and compassionate. He spends his time with the patient. The problem is the reason they got one star is it’s ours if you get in and this is unacceptable. The patient’s time is just as important as the person wearing the stethoscope. When you make someone wait and wait or you make them drive all the way from Naples up here only to find out that they are unable to proceed with what needed to be done.
