Everyone there has been very helpful and congenial. Dr. Rojas is very good and explains things in detail. He takes his time and always gets back to me with questions I might have.
Made an appt online. Showed up 15 minutes early for the appt. Receptionist was not friendly. Lab is short staffed. Wait times of 1 hour+, past the appt time. What is the purpose of making appts in advance? The staff needs a review of Millennium Physician Group’s mission policy posted in the waiting room. Falling short on delivering to the policy.
