Extremely Rude, Disrespectful, and Unprofessional My experience with Millennium Physician Group in Bradenton was absolutely unacceptable. My son arranged an appointment for me with a highly recommended doctor who speaks Russian, as my daughter-in-law speaks only Russian. I drove TWO HOURS for this appointment, only to discover my name had not been entered into the schedule. Dr Patel is kind, compassionate, and listens carefully. The office staff have always been friendly and very prompt. They are great with follow-through when outside offices are involved as well. I appreciate that I can speak with an actual person when I call and they return calls if I leave a message. I also appreciate that they schedule me promptly when needed. I'm very happy with this office!
I have been a patient of Janet Jacobs for over a year. She is professional as well as compassionate and very friendly. Janet takes time to listen to my concerns, and is very kind and caring. Janet is definitely an asset to Millennium, and I highly recommend her !!!
I rarely leave negative reviews, but after my experience with this practice—and seeing that others have raised similar concerns—I feel I need to speak up. I originally saw Dr. Arrojo and had a great experience. I always felt heard, respected, and safe in his care. After he left, I was placed with Janet Jacobs, and unfortunately my experience changed completely.
