I absolutely love the staff ..I'm very bad with needles I am very fearful and nervous. Until I met Carla.. she is the best flobotomist I've ever had. I didn't even feel the pinch.. I almost wanted her personal number bc if I ever have to go to the ER..somebody better call Carla for me.. I truly wont want anyone else. Thank you so much for making this a pleasant experience..

Yesterday I had an appointment with Janet Jacob's APRN , FNP This review is regarding Ms. Jacobs behavior towards me and the experience that I had with her and the way she acted towards me. We arrived 10 minutes late to medical appointment due to traffic incident The front desk person told in a very rude and disrespectful way the we are late and doctors will not see you. Nevertheless the office was empty from patients and we saw the doctor observing us through the glass door The medical staff is reluctant to grant walk-in visits and always asked us to visit the nearest emergency clinic office staff acts very unprofessional
I have had numerous doctors there, but Dr. Gustavo Arrojo was the only one who seemed to be serious about his job. I’ve had three doctors since him because they all seem to keep leaving which is a huge sign of how a office is run….two of them after him only wanted to push pills instead of doing the correct testing to find out the root cause of the problem… guess they want the kickbacks from big Pharma so that being said, I’m now in search of a new physician One who actually listens to menopausal woman instead of just blowing... read more
The staff are very nice. No problems. Dr Ionita is friendly and is very knowledgeable. Nurse Blanca is great.
