Some of the doctors are in fact good however the staff is absolutely horrendous. Worse than military medical facilities. They are lazy, pathetic, and rude. I have never had service this poor anywhere. When you call be prepared to wait up to an hour and that's just to make, change or cancel an appointment. I made a mistake referring a friend. I trust the providers at this location; I've been coming here for about a decade. Very professional, as usual. I like that this visit they asked me directly if my meds are managing my symptoms. Nurse Natalie's puppy MaggieMay brought a smile to my day! I like that they first asked my permission before she entered the room!
