Very rude receptionist. Literally hung up on me because she was upset that I called the wrong millennium office after telling me my son had never visited any millennium office which is a straight up lie. What’s wrong with people. You literally have one job: be nice.
These people have no concept of time. First we were told it would be a 15 minute wait. After 15 minutes, they said it would be 5 more minutes. 15 minutes later, my mom was finally taken back. While we were waiting for 39 minutes, the receptionist ruined a cd meant for a patient and made them wait another 10 minutes for a new copy. This office is the epitome of incompetence.
