Dr. Kilo and his staff are extremely professional and polite towards my needs. I have PARKINSON'S and I've lost my voice (it's down to a whisper). Everyone, especially Stephanie are always very understanding when I have to call in for something. Dr. Kilo has been very helpful with my needs and keeps a close watch on all my "possible" issues with Parkinson's via the extensive blood work every year for my "physical". Overall, I rely heavily on Dr. Kilo and his staff and they've ALWAYS pulled through.
I chose Millennium Physicians Group back in 2021 cause they were literally the only choice my insurance company gave me. I had an initial consultation with the doctor they appointed me and things went fine, nice / professional doctor and staff. However, since the initial consultation I've tried to make appointments three separate times for various medical needs. You can view test results, bill pay, and also message your Doctor and physician's assistant with any questions. Susan the physician assistant, was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my health questions and care. As well did Dr. Hussey. Long story short, don't put off going to the doc. I didn't feel hustled, it was easy just go.
