RecommendedDr. Cabrera is amazing. Our family have gone to Dr. Cabrera from the moment he went into practice in Punta Gorda, and will continue with him as long as possible. I am so fed up with this walk in clinic. I went a few months ago, paid IN FULL. Now suddenly my information has been sent to a credit collector and I am wondering if this is now going against my credit despite the fact I paid in full. I have left multiple voicemails the past few months leaving all my information and haven’t ever received a call back. Now I can’t even get ahold of the collection agency to pay the lousy $12 I owe. It takes weeks to get an appointment with your doctor (been a patient for over 10 years!) So you have to see the P.A.. They order tests/lab work and you never hear results even though you are told someone will call you. This "group" has grown into a cattle-mill. I'll be looking for a new physician for future treatment.
RecommendedDr. Emi and his PA George Baker are wonderful. They take time for you and their staff is Great. They also have an emergency clinic for patients and X-ray, blood draws, urinalysis, EKG right there. Very convenient and close to US 41 so you don’t have to go far from North Fort Myers. Highly recommended.

I have a patient for about 8 years. I have no problems with Dr Criss or her nurse practitioners. It is the rude staff. When I call with a question and I am told someone will call me back with my test results it's been 3 days. I am guessing everything is ok. I don't think the receptionist should be giving me my test results. I think that is unprofessional. They can't answer any questions or concerns.
RecommendedDr Hershfield was very attentive and thoroughly explained everything. The entire staff was friendly and efficient. Very clean office and exam room.
They book up to much and we should be able to charge them like when we cancel are being late not all people are retired
