Millennium just called me less than 24 hours before my set appt. to CANCEL! Appt booked for several weeks..they offered no alternative, schedules had been changed and the ARROGANCE of BRICE TOMPKINS and this group is disgusting. I needed referrals, waited weeks AND ADVISED NOT ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS-WEBSITE SHOWS HE IS ACCEPTING NEW PATIENTS.....................DISCRIMINATION TAKING PLACE AT MILLENNIUM AND BRICE TOMPKINS.....Contacting medical board on this complaint,
Clerical staff is nasty, unprofessional and rude and management must have very low expectations! Matt Bauerle, NP, is the only shining star in the whole place.
Sadly things have changed for the worse.

The Bonita Springs location needs a clean out. The staff need to be cleaned it’s sad that when you go to a Doctor you want then to hear your problems not their staffs. Dr Trianas assistant is disgusting. Plays the sympathy card to get you to feel sorry because she’s married to an Illegal Haitian. Feel sorry for me. Here is a suggestion go back to Haiti and get out of Bonita where you and your kind are not wanted and definitely can’t afford. Play your sympathy in another town far from here!!! Rarely ever see the same caregiver twice, zero continuity of care, it’s like pulling teeth to get needed prescriptions filled, and right now they only allow healthy people who don’t need them into the building. God forbid you have asthma, seasonal allergies or GI issues because every one of those symptoms fit the Covid profile and they’ll refuse to see you regardless of not having a fever or explaining your situation. Abigail Eley misread my xrays when I was having ankle problems. She told me nothing was broken and sent me to physical therapy. I couldn't go to physical therapy due to the amount of pain I was in. I went to another doctor at the orthopedic institute for a 2nd opinion. He said I had stress fractures (that were failing to heal) in BOTH ankles and wasn't sure how my previous doctor missed this. i went there on needing a new primary care physician i was out of meds and needed to establish a new doctor total nihgtmare failed on every aspect of being a professional doctors office includiding when i ask them to send mevwhat little records they had again a nnightmare the play games well i dont care keep what you got dont ever call me again so long losers
