Confirmed an appointment for neck and back pain regaurding an auto ancident (not involving another vehicle) just wanted to get checked out and I was using my Florida Blue Cross insurance NOT auto insurance. Receptionist had to put me on hold to verify that is something they were able to do and comes back and says yes sir would 3:45 PM work? I said yes. Where did Dr Joe C Go??? We needed him 2 inject our knees, No disrespect but all the snowbirds needed him B4 we head back,,, would never let terry inject us she was terrible. Nothing but PAIN from her.....
I can highly recommend this office. The staff is caring and helpful (especially the nurses). I have been Dr. Gooding's patient for 16 years and I have complete confidence in him.
