Rude receptionist. No communication during 80 minute wait...and no apology. The reason? Free food was delivered to the staff, which was far more important than patient care. Personnel partied while patients languished in the Waiting Area. I left without being seen. When I asked the receptionist to explain the delay, she replied, "I have no idea what goes on back there."...while eating her plate of free cookies. No professionalism. No shame.
I was seeing a doc there who was only there 3 days a week - I work & found it to be difficult to get in to see her. So I tried a new doc there who appeared to care but soon found he will not fill a prescription I have been on for several years. Don't understand how a doc would just let a patient go " cold turkey" on a medication needed for me to function at home and at specially at work. Moved from Connecticut to Florida; found this group and I will say my doctors Dr J. Nord is the best BUT when she’s not there. Her staff is the worst... I had to bring paperwork to them from ER... because they couldn’t call the hospital for themselves.. they gave me a referral and would the submit for my MRI. I went to ER after they examine and caused my pain and flair up of my ankle. Orthopedic asked me to request a MRI with my primary dr office. I called now no one can speak to me they will call me back. They love to tell ... read more
This group does not know the right way to run a medical office, nor how to treat their employees. Horrible, horrible, horrible.
