I went last May because my hair was falling out. Wait time to see provider was awful, I think it was about an hour before I was seen. Newer phlebotomist could not get a draw after about 30 minutes, and everyone else was “busy” so they wrote me an order for lab work (after ~16 hours of fasting for the bloodwork!). The office got the lab work, never called or followed up or even uploaded the results to their patient portal. Nice people, accessible, affordable. They do a great job with telehealth follow up. Scheduling visits is easy. Good location.
I have been going to this same office since I first moved to Chicago almost 6 years ago. The level of care is unmatched. I have had two NPs in my time as a patient, and both have been extremely thorough and caring. As women, I think we face issues being heard when it comes to our experiences and pain, and that is almost hard to believe ever happened to me when coming to this office. Also, the office staff - office manager, billing specialist, etc. - are always friendly and effective. Highly recommend!
Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Very accommodating and made me feel relaxed and confident in their treatment. Would recommend.
