Really unfortunate experience. Receptionist I spoke to was very rude too.
Lady at the front desk seemed extremely annoyed and uninterested to be doing her job. Was snarky and rude. I also was not seen until 30 minutes after my appointment time
I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience at this clinic. During my first visit for a Pap smear, the doctor walked in on me while I was changing. While I understand accidents happen, I found it inappropriate that the door to my exam room was opened while I was undressed. I also asked about treatment options for sexual dysfunction and was told I’d need to come back for a physical. My new favorite office! The staff was impeccably understanding and patient with me. Fast, very friendly and knowledgeable. They got me in at the last minute and made feel good and educated. My exam was a breeze and Dr. Nakayama and her assistant who did my vitals and labs deserves a raise asap. Thank you for accepting me as a last minute patient and making this experience seamless. The front office staff were spot on and had great personalities. It was definitely worth the drive from Colorado Springs.
Dr. Jill is always professional, optimistic, kind, and personable during my visits. Very friendly front desk staff! I recommend Dr. Jill to my friends who are looking for a helpful PCP.
