Doctors and front desk give off the impression that they don't really care for you. They also sent my medication to some random pharmacy without telling me after my appointment even though I have a specific pharmacy in my paper work. They need to do better
Terrible. Staff is dismissive, belittling and overly critical of overweight patients. Blaming things that don’t even make sense on weight. I was told that I would never find a podiatrist to help me with my flat feet that takes Medicaid and they were straight up spouting bullshit because I went to one, he took Medicaid, and helped more with my feet than they did. 0/10 do not recommend. They don’t listen, and are very uncaring.

I had only seen Dr. Kahn one other time. After making another appointment a month later, I show up and they tell me I owe 300 dollars. I have Medicaid and Medicare, I'm never paying this.....
I love Jill, shes wonderful. However it is almost IMPOSSIBLE to get ahold of the office. I have called 5 times this morning. At 10 am on a Monday and no one will answer. I am trying to get an issue fixed that they messed up with my pharmacy. They didn't send in a quantity or instructions so my prescription can't be filled. Yet no one will answer myself or the pharmacist so how can I get my medicine?? I am about to find another doctor JUST because of how inconvenient it is to try to even contact them. This is ridiculous.
