AVOID MILLENIUM AT ALL COSTS!! Simple roof pressure cleaning job turned into a 13 day total nightmare. Cancelled twice on two clear days, had to prod them to get it done. Told them not to touch the house walls so that I would not need to touch up paint. They stripped the paint on the house down to the bare stucco. Waited another two clear days and had to prod them to at least pressure clean the fence I had paid them to do. Waited another two dry days for them to fix the paint they tore off house...no show.
