Their guy cane today and did an outstanding job pressure washing my driveway, walkways and patio. He was friendly, fast and tidy. Didn’t leave any mess behind and didn’t get any dirt in my pool. And it was only $250. I highly recommend them for this service.
Entered neighbors property without authorization. Damaged property. Was abusive toward pets. Sloppy work. When contacted management they were totally incompetent and would not take responsibility for damage.
HORRIBLE!!! Edge work is a mess. The job was supposed to be two days, it's day 6 and still a mess. Edge work is sloppy, paint on my floors and counter tops, they cleaned their supplies in my bathtub and left it filthy. Someone was supposed to be here today over an hour ago and never showed up. And charged me $100 outside of the contract. Will be contacting an attorney.
AVOID MILLENIUM AT ALL COSTS!! Simple roof pressure cleaning job turned into a 13 day total nightmare. Cancelled twice on two clear days, had to prod them to get it done. Told them not to touch the house walls so that I would not need to touch up paint. They stripped the paint on the house down to the bare stucco. Waited another two clear days and had to prod them to at least pressure clean the fence I had paid them to do. Waited another two dry days for them to fix the paint they tore off house...no show. They did an amazing job on my house. I was expecting this to be a 3-4 day job and they had it done in 2. My house looks great and I’ve even had some compliments from my neighbors as well.
YOU GUYS LOST THE JOB!!!!! Horrible horrible horrible customer service!!! After 5 left vmails, 3 texts, Facebook messages, and 3 emails you guys responded with “sorry for the delay we will have an estimate for you by end of today” which was NEVER sent!!!! I don’t know how you guys are still in business!!!!! ANYONE THINKING ABOUT USING THIS COMPANY?? DONT DO IT!!!!!!! UNBELIEVABLE 🤬
