Great optometrist would highly recommend!!!
My whole life I had been getting glasses a contact lens from OPSM until they unceremoniously dumped me, citing an inability to make my script. A whole year of back and forth with their headoffice and contacting multiple optometrist who couldn’t help me had me so stressed that I would never be able to get glasses made again. Whilst the team are friendly, it was disappointing to have to go elsewhere to have the prescription corrected. Not a great response when I tried to point out that reading was still blurry. I was also told I couldn't have multifocal lenses but turns out that wasn't accurate either. I'm sure others have had a better experience, but this just wasn't the optometrist for me.
Highly recommend this optometrist. I’ve had four pairs of prescription glasses and two pairs of sunglasses from them, and the service has always been exceptional. One time I ordered prescription glasses and they were ready in 30 minutes, which was incredible and shows how efficient they can be.
