I bought a car a few years ago. I tried to purchase another vehicle recently there and was denied.They would not help due to not having a 3 month work history even after purchasing and paying off a vehicle from them before.
I wanted to share a concerning experience regarding load bookings with this Dealer. Firstly, the vehicles were consistently not ready at the scheduled pickup times. Secondly, we were not provided with necessary pickup information beforehand. Upon arriving at the pickup location, after being asked to proceed, we often found the vehicles still not prepared. In one instance, we waited for five hours for a car. This lack of professionalism and disregard for the carrier's time and information needs
