I purchased my second car from them about 6 months ago. Always a good deal and they take care of me everytime.
These people have such a crappy attitude horrible customer service why even show up to work might as well stay home with that bad attitude couldn’t even get to a point of sitting down and talking smh
I bought my car here January 2024. Since then i’ve had to replace the engine, they put a faulty battery in, left a spacer in my rear tire which caused it to wobble when I drove, and I only found out recently I have no tire pressure sensors on all 4 of my tires. It took about 2 months to receive my plates as well as the title. Plus the customer service especially over phone was terrible. They truly seem like they don’t care about their jobs. I was lucky enough to get my new engine completely covered with hyundai warranty.
