I wish I can leave ZERO STARS, they don't deserve not even one. This is by far the worse medical billing company you can hire as a Service Provider, this company has the rudest employees and when you ask to speak to a manager because they cash the checks but do not send the Bills you are requesting and then give you attitude when you request them. DO NOT USE THIS POS BILLING SERVICE, Go find SOME OTHER COMPANY.
Nearly impossible to get a live person on the phone. When I finally did, the woman was rude and rushed me off of the phone after giving bad information. Now of course, cant get a live person back on the phone. Call rings and after 0:18 seconds goes to voicemail - which they never return their phone calls. Horrible Customer Service.
This has got to be the worst run company ever. I give it ---NEGATIVE 10 STARS. The number that is listed puts you into a voicemail that NO ONE ever answers. I have been trying to obtain statements for client and with zero success. The hospitals that are affiliated with this company are just as low level. I find it interesting you can not post unless you give it at least one star. That is not MY rating ! They don't even deserve that.
