DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My mother had an appointment that was confirmed DAYS in advance... and one hour before the visit, they suddenly called and said she couldn’t come unless she had a pre-authorization from her primary care. This is information the office should have handled long before the appointment, not dumped on a patient at the last minute. Somehow, my mom still managed to get the authorization and went anyway. The Best doctors in Metro!!
The worlds most awful docs and customer service! Had an appt at 12 was told to arrive 15 mins early. Did that still waited in the LOBBY for 2 hours. Finally called to the back and still waited another 1 hour for the doc. Front desk is absolutely unprofessional, not helpful! terrible terrible and this was my first and last visit. I refuse to go back. NOBODY should wait 3 hours let alone 2 hours just in the lobby. If you can't see patients timely then stop scheduling them. Please fire the person doing the appointments. Do not go to any of these doctors. After 10 years of being okay with new doctors as doctors leave. They decide to change a policy on you out of nowhere. The checkout lady is clueless too.
