My doctor is very nice. I see him once a year. The rest of the time, I have to deal with the rude, slow, and incompetent front desk staff. Every task, from scheduling an appointment to refilling a prescription, requires multiple phone conversations with administrative people and receptionists who clearly hate their jobs and all of the patients that they deal with. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. My mother had an appointment that was confirmed DAYS in advance... and one hour before the visit, they suddenly called and said she couldn’t come unless she had a pre-authorization from her primary care. This is information the office should have handled long before the appointment, not dumped on a patient at the last minute. Somehow, my mom still managed to get the authorization and went anyway.
