*** just shows up at my house first at 8Pm on a Saturday second time on a Sunday.Never called to ask for a time to come by calls first time never leaving a call back number.Then proceeds to lie on the insurance report saying things that he couldn't possibly know on his own.Whole thing seems like a huge scam to me don't trust
This company is a complete joke. The inspector was completely incompetent.Claimed my roof was old and in need of replacement, in reality it had been replaced just 4 years earlier. I had the work order and receipt to prove it! Do not use these people unless you want to be cheated.
Noticed a White GMC with blacked out windows casing my ********. Property is clearly marked with no trespassing and alarmed. Two minutes after i left in my vehicle intrusion alarm and motion activated cameras set off showed white GMC backing up my driveway marked no trespassing. Turned around to find drug addict looking crackhead woman and kid sitting in car. At this point four cameras are recording. Should be able to leave no stars. I'm adding to all of the other bad reviews. My husband saw someone through our surveillance cameras snooping around our house, trying to get access to my backyard through my gates which are always locked. I don't care what their excuses and reasons are based on their comments to everyone else's complaints - there is absolutely no reason whatsoever to show up unannounced and decide to help yourself to someone else's property. I add my vote to the overwhelming frustration and fraudulent practice complaints against Millennoium. First of all my gate is locked to see or take pictures of the back of the house. Second, I was informed by Millennium that they actually came to take pictures of house from the street because I live in a community of homes value from 1.5 to 5 $M, gated and truly upscale. Millennium is hired by property insurance carriers to perform a survey on the home for insurance purposes. We were unable to gain access to the home due to the home being in a gated community. Therefore we could not leave a door hanger or complete a survey.
This company left a door hanger stating that my insurance company ordered a house inspection.I contacted my insurance carrier and they stated that they did not order an inspection through this shady company.I have a home inspection done by a local licensed home inspector done in august. They failed to contact or notify me of their so called inspection. The so called inspector failed to knock on the door when they were on the premise.A very unprofessional company. Beware of these liars.

Millennium is contracted by insurance companies to conduct exterior surveys for the purposes of obtaining or renewing homeowners insurance. It is up to the carrier whether to notify the homeowner of the impending inspection. We only conduct surveys on behalf of carriers, we have no reason to do these surveys otherwise. As the Homeowner stated, we did leave a door hanger, letting them know we were on their property.
I was left a door hanger on August 1, 2023 saying that Millennium Information Services, Inc., acting on behalf of my ***************** had trespassed on my property. Thank you for leaving proof of coming onto my property without my knowledge or requesting my permission. The door hanger said it was to help verify adequate insurance coverage and to identify any conditions that should be addressed. Millennium Information Services is hired by property insurance companies for the purpose of obtaining information for homeowner insurance purposes as stated on the door hanger. We understand that you feel it is trespassing, however your homeowners policy allows for such a survey. If you are unhappy about this survey or it's findings, you should report it to your insurance company. We have a process in place to investigate and respond to any disagreements with the report.
These people showed to my house which is on sale, sent by **** knows who, because they said they are representing the ****** ****************** but we have a *************** company right now not affiliated to this. So whoever sent them was even someone that was buying the house but the sale didn't go through, or they are just plain scammers. I have it all in camera, if my insurance didn't send then, I'm contacting police and reporting these people for trespassing.

If your insurance company did not order the survey, then it is likely that the buyers insurance company ordered the survey., prior to the completion of the sale.
This company was hired by my insurance company to do an inspection of my home. The person call once left a voicemail I tried on multiple occasions to call back and left voicemail after voicemail they never returned my call and reportedto my insurance company that they had tried to contact me several times which is a FLAT OUT LIE. My insurance company canceled my policy after a year of trying to get this company to do their job.

This inspection was attempted last fall, and could not be completed because of a locked gate and loose dogs. Our field inspector attempted to survey the property on two different occasions, with calls made to the homeowner. Notes were provided to the carrier in Oct of 2022. If **************** has a complaint, he should take it to the insurance carrier and they will investigate. No such complaint was made.
