Clearly Millennium inspectors get paid more for reporting issues. They pinged my house (which has just been re-sided and painted) for siding damage. They also pinged my house for a broken fence that any normal human would say is fine. They take pictures using poor lighting that makes things look worse than they are. Some dirtbag shows up looking like hes homeless in a busted pick up truck, doesn't announce himself, decides to let himself into my back yard while taking pictures, gives me some bs door tag that has zero information on it, can't tell me who my insurance company is or anything, told him to get off my property. Lucky it didn't turn into more than that trespassing on someone's property.
My Travelers homeowners was going to be cancelled because of the report which was full of errors. The Millenium inspector said our wood stove insert was improperly installed and not inspected. I had all the paperwork including the signed town inspectors report which he never asked for. Said we have central air and wallpaper which we do not. Said we didn’t have smoke detectors which we do. I am hoping this can be corrected because apparently this can ruin getting home insurance forever.
