The doctor is courteous and kind. The staff is super friendly and the technicians make you feel comfortable. Plus, the facility is clean and well-organized—Excellent care. Thank you.
The admins working here are complete idiots. My doctors office had to send them the referral 3 times before they said they got it. Never once called of course during any part of the process. I had to call to check up on every single step. 3 different women each time, asking for the same information, saying they were doing the same thing the last one said. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else where they have common sense.
My very first visit left a lasting impression. They truly do care about their patients & that is so important at a time when it is really hard for patients to detect genuine concern for “Care Over Cost,” especially in light of “our new normal.” Thank you guys!
My Doctor ordered a MRI of my left knee. There MRI Machine it's open at the end. It just depends on what body part you are getting done. Left Knee no problem. Now if you are Claustrophobic, it just Depends they do offer medication to help you get through it. They do have a Doctor on site. The Technician she is very nice and helpful and understanding. The front desk staff is nice aswell.
Everyone here was nice , gentle and caring. I felt very comfortable in their very competent hands ! I also felt safe with them as it can feel scary having a procedure done but they are all great
