I Came for a CAT scan as a follow up for my kidneys, I was running.late and from prior experiences T other facilities I was expecting to have to reschedule. This was not the case at all. They were friendly and assured me it would be alright. Upon walking in I immediately noticed the atmosphere. This is my second time at this office I’m very please with the personal They’re very polite Nice comfy chairs at the lobby First time I got a calcium score Second time an ultrasound I will recommend this place if you need their services!
Everyone here was nice , gentle and caring. I felt very comfortable in their very competent hands ! I also felt safe with them as it can feel scary having a procedure done but they are all great
The admins working here are complete idiots. My doctors office had to send them the referral 3 times before they said they got it. Never once called of course during any part of the process. I had to call to check up on every single step. 3 different women each time, asking for the same information, saying they were doing the same thing the last one said. Don’t waste your time go somewhere else where they have common sense.
