I called to make an appointment for myself and my husband , I had my referral on hand and his was on its way, we have a ppo and our insurance does not require authorization. They wouldn't schedule us till his came in while I knew the diagnoses and the orders requested. I called back after receiving his hard copy was asked all of our info, to be told they would call us back once our insurance was verified. 3 weeks and still waiting, this is the kind of service you get, incompetent staff, bye we can go elsewhere.
I Came for a CAT scan as a follow up for my kidneys, I was running.late and from prior experiences T other facilities I was expecting to have to reschedule. This was not the case at all. They were friendly and assured me it would be alright. Upon walking in I immediately noticed the atmosphere. It is a beautiful lobby, the chairs are not cold and sterile, they are classic, plush and welcoming. The decor is beyond amazing. I am not a fan of having an MRI done, I don't think anyone is but the gentleman who did my scan was amazing. He made sure I was comfortable, informed me of everything he was going to be doing. Let me know periodically how much longer until we were done and he covered my eyes to help alleviate any fears or anxiety I had. Will definitely come here if I ever need anymore imaging done.
Came in for some test. Really liked this place. Staff was very nice and helpful. Dr helped find my vain and he seemed very nice and caring as well. I will definitely come back for testing again. Place is also very clean.
Staff was very polite and professional. Took us right on time for our appointment. Beautiful and clean office. Highly recommend this business.
