I haven't even made my 1st car payment yet and I have been back here 3 times already. Twice in 24 hours for a check engine light because one of the cylinders in a brand new financed car backfired. The service is horrible. After the 2nd time I was given a loner which I was told would be ready when I got here. The car wasn't gassed up. I'm late picking up my daughter because they were unprepared. A lot of I'm sorries. No results. Never again.
I am going on my third year leasing with Millenniun Hynduai and After having some issues at the store ,the new manager took my problem very seriously and they fix my car in no time. They also give me a loaner so I didn’t have to wait .

Worst salesmen. They are con artists and do not care to help when you get unnecessary and bogus charges after turning in a lease. They will hound you and once they get your sale they could care less. The manager actually made me mail in the key myself because they didn't want to do it. Typical sleazy car salesmen.
I will NEVER recommend them to anyone not even a enemy I've only dealt with service and they are the absolute worst they ALWAYS fix something but the funny thing is it's never fixed I ALWAYS have to go multiple times in a week no commendations EVER!!! Alwaysssssss an excuse they are the absolute worst even a simple oil change is 5 hrs why even make us make an appointment they NEVER follow it!!!! Good luck trying to get a descent human being on the phone!!! They don't deserve a star!!! Sick to my stomach with them
