I wouldn’t even give it 1 star! Worst customer service I have ever dealt with in my life! Rude, slow, don’t return phone calls oh and did I mention RUDE!!! Sorry I own a Hyundai. Terrible all around!

Had a service appointment for a simple oil change. Had the valet service scheduled and I called in the morning to see when they were coming. The lady told me he is on his way and he would call when he is 5 min away. Half hour later I got a call saying they cant do it today. Re-scheduled for Thursday at 10:30 am no one showed up. I called and they said they would call back and find out why and no one called me back!
