This has to be the worst dealership I have ever dealt with. It is always a long weight and always an issue. It is a shame as there are few service advisors that know what they are doing - the service is horrible. Always an excuse for something. it is a shame as this makes me never want a new honda again.

This is an unprofessional, badly run place with lousy service. They called me to come and pick up the car because it was "ready". After paying for my service, I wait for ONE HOUR before i go back to complain. The woman tells me it is MY responsibility to go take the ticket to the attendant. He tells me to go back into the office. I go complain to the "Manager", he claims that they are thinking of changing the valet service. I paid $600 for 15K miles service, and I get this. Service Department - . I called on Wednesday about an oil leak was having , for it to be dropped off at to be looked at on Thursday . It was not looked at on Thursday which I was ok considering we are still a pandemic . I called on Friday @ 11:30 am left a message for my service advisor Claritza Munoz , . Terrible service department....Had an appointment Tuesday 8 am. They called me @ 4 pm and told me they had not diagnosed the car and would have to keep it till tomorrow. Service was for oil and filter change and to check left strut. I felt excessive bouncing on bumps. Called Wednesday afternoon and was told car was not looked at yet and probably would not get looked at today.... This was WITH an appointment! Will never go back there....
