1 year in and 50% of the crown molding is separating from the ceiling, the walls and ceiling have cracked on 3 seperate occasions in the same spot but have gotten larger, and I have to pay someone to fix these issues. The floors are noisey which requires another contractor. The attic is infested with stink bugs because of the cracks left by the builder's contractors. I'm needing to pay tons of money to live in a brand new house. Ridiculous.
