Hello, my father was diagnosed with dementia, it’s been a rapid decline. He & my mother have Kaiser insurance. As the progressive dementia got worse they sent a representative from Millennium Home Health care, my son was with my father when the assessment advisor showed up at which time my son called me stating that he was there and that papers needed to be signed. He placed the advocate on the phone at which time I explained the dementia. His response “That’s ok, he or your son can sign” It became a “Hard sell” which ended ... read more

Poor service not wanting to go help my Dad his 97 years and we have all the papers from to go fix his catheter that is leaking . They keep saying to take them to ER . There supposed to go help him . 👎🏼😠

Hello this is my son’s log in. I’m a patient at Millennium Home Health Care at 28863 Industry Dr. Unit A Valencia, Calif 91355. I would like to report that they have worked hard to care for me and are making every effort to make my care comfortable and help me be successful healing. My healing is a slow process due to radical radiation treatments. I have two exceptional nurses (RN) who come to my home to care for me each week, Stephanie and Patty.
