Management is decent. Maintenance is awesome. Residents here however don’t have any etiquette. They leave the trash out all day during non trash hours, their car alarms go off randomly throughout the week, and at times them or their visitors are very rowdy in the pool area. There is also an increase in VEO scooters left randomly & at times right in front of the building door used for entry/exit. Which is incredibly frustrating when trying to walk out. All the good neighbors have left.
Maintenance man Chris is amazing came in and did extra that we didn’t ask for. A+ effort and job!

The resident event was such a thoughtful idea! Everything was well organized, and it was nice to have an opportunity to relax and meet other people in the community. Darlene was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout the event. She really made everyone feel welcome!
