Very nice and caring receptionists and nurses. Dr. Eyad Y. Baghal is great— very nice, listens to you, very knowledgeable and good at what he does.
Beware- 4 years later I received a collections notice. The office never sent a bill, no record of attempting to reach out to me for 4 years and no one in the office can explain what happened
Horrible front staff ladies. They are horribly rude. Don’t do anything except putting you on hold. They don’t know how to check your insurance info. Had a colonoscopy a month ago. Have to have another one and now they are saying my insurance doesn’t cover it. Find another drs office
The gastroentrologist was great, he knows what he is doing and is very efficient. His staff however, is extremely negligent. Paola gave us an appt for a colonoscopy 7 weeks from the date seen but did not give us a time. Stating that we would receive a call from them the day before the appt. After calling the hospital and finding out there is still no appt set up for me I caled the office to see why they had not called yet.
