Waited 1 hour and 15 minutes before she (the Doctor) came to the room. As I was opening the door to leave she was approaching the door. I told her she'd have to see me another day(my time is valuable) I more than likely wont go back! It was a convenient location though. From just casual conversation in the waiting room, I was told that she's a good doctor but the wait times can be long.

She prepares her patients with a whirlpool foot soak that softens those nails a calluses so when she begins nail cutting and removal you don’t feel it during her treatment. No she doesn’t do painting, this a Great Medical facility you can get rest comfortably with her staff and be treated professionally and with dignity.
I,M CURRENTLY A PATIENT OF DR. PHILLIP WAKINS AND SINCE THAT TIME I IMMEDIATELY WAS IMPRESSED WITH THE ATTENTIVENESS TO MY ISSUE. DR. WAKINS IS GREAT IN GATHERING THE INFORMATION BEFORE MAKING A CONCLUSION ON HIS NEXT STEPS. HE FOLLOWS THROUGH WITH WHATEVER HIS PLANS ARE WITH PROVIDING THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE TO HIS PATIENTS. Took my grandson there with toe infection. They took him right in even though we didn't have appt. Dr was quick to evaluate the problem. Large toe had hang nail and was infected . Dr cut out, bandaged and good to go.
