I stopped by the office and had the opportunity to speak with Jennifer, and she was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming, and genuinely attentive. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided helpful, thoughtful answers. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire interaction so pleasant. This place is straight up GHETTO I have been here for almost 7 years and had multiple problems them not fixing things in my unit and there was a point in time where they had a live wire above ground of my property for MONTHS now they wanna come at me because of my patio furniture because one of my chairs isn't considered patio furniture threatening to kick us out do not recommend living here
A safe family mobile home park with good neighbors, no graffiti and very little crime. Parents watch their children board the school bus and pity the person that would try anything.
