Trying to get my daughter glasses to see if they are in and the number is not a working number.
If I could put no stars, I would. Whoever answered the phone has zero customer service skills. She had an attitude and was incredibly rude by talking over me when I tried to explain the situation. I would’ve been a patient of theirs, but sadly she’s one of their employees.

I gave one star because zero are available. I have been trying to call every day for almost a month now. Benton is about an hour away but I liked the care my children received and pricing is reasonable. However by the time someone calls me back I'll have to get another exam for my kids. I think it is extremely unprofessional to do this to hard working people and their families. And to think all I wanted was some replacement frames because my kiddos destroyed them fighting ( like 12 yr boys do ) during covid-19. charlesmddx@y... read more
