My orthopedic surgeon in Panama City, FL had me go to this place for a wrist brace. Millennium had to order it. Once I was informed they had it ready for me the young guy I assume as a physical therapist working there read the instructions on how to wear it just before he walked into the room I was waiting in. They called to set appointment. They requested 1pm. I explained that we had an appointment at 1:45. They said that it would not take long, and we would make it to our appointment. Thankfully, we arrived early. The place is NOT easily handicap accessible. Made it into a beautiful waiting room that smelled nice. After 20 minutes, we were asked 'Are you ready?'
