I had a 10 am appointment. I arrived early per the instructions and after I checked in and waited I was told the technician didn’t know how to do my kind of ultrasound on her own and I had to reschedule. They claimed they called me at 8 am— no voicemail And no record of the call on my call log— and they didn’t call back either between 8 and my appointment at 10 Huge waste of my time and I had to leave work to drive there and back to have to leave again to come back at 12:30. I go to the pain clinic Tri County pain Center ., they just moved there from novi.i dont care for the drive and the wait was longer the staff is great as well as. Dr. Dobritt i was sorry to see PA Jim didnt come with the rest.
