I visited this dental office for a first-time annual cleaning and examination. Unfortunately, the hygiene portion was excessively rough and NOT properly cleaned, and the dentist Beatriz recommended three cavity replacements and a root canal, despite me experiencing zero pain or symptoms! I’ve never had a root canal in my life. The fact that this lady wanted to do unnecessary drilling in my teeth is super scary! Dr Parra is very thorough. She explains everything very clearly so no surprises. You know what to expect from her. She and her staff are very friendly as well, which puts you at ease making the visit an enjoyable experience.
