Had appointment with Cindy. Did not know could not swim before coming. She was arrogant and said 2x she was Scottsdale’s premiere color master. She then canceled my appointment. Really so nasty. I still tried to make it work. Her assistant was so nice. Cindy refused to reschedule. I had taken my mom to Aria and she was so sweet, I tipped more than the entire bill. Thought Cindy would be like her. Will never return. Such a disappointment.
