I scheduled a bid for insulation services with this company. They charged a $49 fee to come out, which they said would be credited back if I chose to go with them. I paid the fee . They were supposed to call me to set up an appointment, but I never received a call. Since then, someone new answers the phone and tells me yes, they will do the cancelation and they will sent an email with the confirmation but never received it.
