RecommendedMy son recently graduated from FGCU. The Millenium Apartment complex provided a great alternative to on-campus housing and other apartment complexes near the university. Top notch management team that is responsive to their tenants. They answer the phones and address any concerns! HIGHLY RECOMMEND the Millenium!! Thrilled with the Millenium!
My wife and I moved into millennium apartments about a month ago. WE LOVE IT HERE. the grounds are kept very clean. The lighting is fantastic. You can walk around the complex at night and feel very safe. The parking spots are bigger then normal. You can park next to someone and not have to worry about your car door getting dinged.
