Took my Porsche Boxster over to Auto Assets earlier this week for oil change and seasonal inspection before winter storage. I scheduled the appointment and service was performed while I waited. We were very satisfied due to the superior customer service that the staff at Auto Assets has shown. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. We brought in our Mercedes GL350 and our Nissan Rogue to Auto Assets for maintenance and every part of the service was detailed so we clearly understood what services were performed and what they suggested for the next service appt. Great experience - these folks know their business and were helpful in diagnosing and explaining what I thought may be an issue with my pristine 2005 997 that turns out is not - Appreciate their thoroughness in explaining and the cost was very reasonable! Auto Assets were recommended by several fellow local Porsche owners and I will definitely be back.
Although I have never actually been a customer here, I had a great experience with one of their mechanics, Seth. A few hours before a huge snowstorm moved in, my car battery died while I was at the gas station. I was with my daughter and dreading the wait time for a jumpstart. That’s when Seth walked up! He heard my engine sputtering and asked if my battery was dead. He was able to give it a jump and get me back on my way quickly. He was so kind and professional. Thanks again, Seth!
The Auto Assets family did a fantastic job on my car when getting new tires and an alignment. Done in hours and the quality checks they do gives a huge piece of mind knowing you got the best service possible. I have been taking my car to Auto Assets for a while now and never have looked back. The gentlemen that work in the service department and their technicians are 10/10 and a very trustworthy group of people.
