强烈推荐朱沛霖医生！我是经朋友介绍来的，目前正在治疗慢性鼻炎、咽炎咳嗽和右侧坐骨神经痛。 朱医生是正统经方派中医，推崇刘渡舟，胡希恕、倪海厦的伤寒论体系，辨证非常精准。第一次看诊他就把我的寒湿体质、寒饮内停的病机分析得清清楚楚，把鼻炎、咳嗽、坐骨神经痛和自汗这些看似不相关的症状统一在一个病机下来治疗。甚至连我小便次数多、每次量少的问题他都精准地指出是水液代谢失常的表现，和自汗是同一个问题。 针灸方面，朱医生用董氏奇穴中手上的灵骨穴、大白穴治我的坐骨神经痛/腰腿酸胀痛，当场镇痛效果明显。治鼻炎则用迎香、印堂通鼻窍，第一次如图三针下去两分钟我鼻子就通了。后来咳嗽配合肺俞和少商放血泻郁热，手法精准到位，我妈是国内的针灸推拿师，以前我咳嗽的时候也帮我在这两个位置放血，我小时候我妈教我背过穴位歌，所以朱医生一下手我就知道大概是什么方法。 开方方面，朱医生坚持经方原则，一个方子只用5-8味药，药少力专，一次开四天的量，复诊频率高，可以及时根据病情变化调整方向。这次给我开的小青龙汤治疗咳嗽，第三天就有明显好转，一小盒小青龙汤粉末，一天三顿，每顿两平勺，我这种两百多斤大体重药量要翻倍，饭前饭后吃无所谓。目前诊所主要用台湾顺天堂和科达的经方浓缩中成药，品质有保障... read more
